LIST: So Many Books, So Little Time.
I love to read, for business, education or pleasure. I have been reading form a very early age. I once read Violin by Anne Rice in one day. >ahhhh< just love to read!!!
You know that Twilight Zone where the little old mousey man with the coke bottle glasses is an avid reader and all he wants to do is be left in peace to read? Suddenly his wish is granted and he is the only one left on earth…and finally has time to read.
>sigh<
oh bliss! That would be me.
Ever want to get rid of me? Drop me into a library, bookstore or music store and I’m happy as a clam. Shoulda been a librarian.
Below is a list of business, philosophy, poetry, non fiction and fiction (includes anything from Sci-Fi to mysteries to classic and modern fiction to children’s books). This list comprises books I have read most likely more than once, keep for reference, found interesting, spawned a change in my direction or was so rich with beautiful phrases and details that I fell in love with the words. Many of the books you will find I have given as gifts or recommended. You will even find books for kids, there is a lot going on in kids fiction…after all, Alice in Wonderland wasn’t really written for kids. I have read the Harry Potter series and enjoyed them but while I probably won’t read them again, I will read Eragon and Eldest both by Christopher Paolini. Some books I go back to just for the comfort they bring. You will find a few by the same author, in that case they are listed together.
I’d love to start a discussion about some of the books on the list, if you’ve read them, what you thought. Love books of all kinds and want to share, bring it on! I promise not to be critical of your choices if you do the same for me.
Just a thought I caught flying by, what do you think?
